Future Expansion Strategies

The Kraft paper/fluting paper industry is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.2% from 2020 to 2027. Currently, we are producing 46000 TPA. By 2023, GPM will be producing 100,000 TPA at optimum capacity with the addition of a new paper machine having a deckle size of 3650mm, manufacturing similar grades of paper

There is a nagging perception that the paper industry is slowly dying with every emergent digital transformation. On the contrary, the demand is strong with the increase in e-commerce activities and other products with enhanced need of packaging.

We are planning to further implement anerobic reactor and aerobic water treatment plant to be able to manufacture odor-free & food grade paper.

Ideology

GPM has been consistently delivering quality products by the process of up gradation and development, using new technology to maintain pace with changing requirements of the customers and to ensure that we give quality products at the most economical price.

We are deeply committed to the cause of preserving the environment as seen by our environmentally friendly practices leading to energy conservation and savings. Detailed energy audits are conducted from time to time including all thermal and electrical equipment and various energy-saving measures as proposed are implemented in a scheduled manner.

Implementation of some of such proposals has resulted in reduced power consumption which has added to the profitability and economic viability of the Company. The Company has also set up state of the art effluent treatment facilities leading to zero liquid discharge thereby recycling 100% of the effluent generated. We also have an Electrostatic Precipitator and do maintain an air exhaust SPM of under 50 PPM in the exhaust flue gas.
